Last updated: 12.07.2026.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is Svitlana Milovidova (“BenidormHomes”), a real-estate rental agent operating in collaboration with the agency INMOBENIYORK. Professional address: Calle Marinada 7, bajo 7, 03570 Villajoyosa (Alicante), Spain. For any data-protection matter, contact info@benidormhomes.com. Full identification is given in our Legal Notice.

2. What data we collect, and how

  • Enquiry & booking forms: your name, your contact detail (email or phone), your message and — for booking requests — the apartment and dates you choose.
  • Consent record: the fact that you ticked the consent box, with date, time and IP address, kept as proof of your consent.
  • Technical data: server logs needed to run and secure the site, and — only if you accept analytics cookies — anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics.

We collect this directly from you. Providing it is voluntary, but without the form fields we cannot answer your enquiry.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

  • To answer your enquiry and arrange a rental — your consent (Art. 6.1.a) and pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b).
  • To keep proof of consent and comply with the law — legal obligation and legitimate interest in accountability (Art. 6.1.c/f).
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
  • To measure how the site is used — your consent to analytics cookies (Art. 6.1.a).

4. Who we share it with

Your request may be shared with the collaborating agency INMOBENIYORK to confirm availability, and with our staff by email and a private Telegram channel. We also use processors: our web host, Google (Google Analytics, only after consent) and Telegram (staff notifications). We never sell your data.

5. International transfers

Some providers (e.g. Google, Telegram) may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking messages for as long as needed to deal with your request and a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.

7. Your rights

You may access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@benidormhomes.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies plus, with your consent, anonymous analytics — see our Cookie Policy.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version with its date is always published here.
